If you approach your product limit, we'll notify you in advance. You can upgrade to the Growth Plan or contact us about custom pricing for larger catalogs. We're working on additional pricing tiers for different product volumes to accommodate businesses of all sizes.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing period.

How often are FAQs updated?

We're working on automatic updates that will keep FAQs fresh as your product data changes.
What happens to my FAQs if I cancel my subscription?
Your FAQs and widget will continue working until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, the widget will no longer display on your site, but you can export your FAQ data before cancelling if you want to keep it for future use. We provide data export tools to ensure you don't lose the valuable content that was generated.
